When it comes time to begin building your custom home, we're confident that our project management approach will exceed your expectations.
We have built a gamut of homes from Residential/ Commercial 5-plex's to row homes up to million dollar farmhouses in the Country side.

1. Financing
We have several preferred lenders that specialize in new home construction loans. View our Sample Estimate to give you an idea on budget and pricing.
2. Plan Design
We will work with you and our plan designer to create the perfect home for your family. We have several homes we can build from our stock, but many times a home site has restrictions or challenges and a custom plan is needed to fit best on the lot.
3. Permit
Some jurisdictions have a very simple permitting process that a homeowner can apply for themselves with minimal assistance. For a more complicated permit process, we recommend hiring a permit specialist to obtain a permit in a timely manner.
4. Home Construction
We build the home from breaking ground to handing you the final keys. Our designer will walk you thru each stage of construction and help you make the decisions that will work best for your family and budget.
5. Site Development
Site development starts when the lot is ready for foundation digging. This may include demo, installing utilities, sidewalks, and street improvements. If needed, we can assist with tree debris removal and can help connect you with a suitable site development contractor.
6. Agent Agreement
We offer agent referrals for custom build clients at 2.5% of the contract price. ($2,500 at contract signing and remainder paid at the end of construction)*Subject to change without notice. See builder for details.
